Sport at Kingsley

At Kingsley the children’s physical development and their ability to reach high standards in P.E. whilst establishing an embedded healthy lifestyle, has always been a priority.

We have employed qualified coaches for a number of years to teach specific sessions and to offer a wide range of sporting experiences beyond the classroom. With the government’s aim to ensure the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games created a lasting legacy resulting in a release of funds into schools over the following three years, our school has endeavoured to enrich our PE curriculum further in a sustainable way and to increase sports participation for all our children.

This page will provide you with everything you need to know about sport in school including before and after school clubs run by the coaches.

This page will be updated regularly so make sure you bookmark the page and visit regularly for all the latest information.

Croydon Schools Sports Partnership

Kingsley take part in the Croydon Schools Sports Partnership, this allows us to take part in new sports we have not tried before and to take part in tournaments, events and matches in sports such as Athletics, TAG Rugby and Volleyball. Different events are offered to different year groups and we participate in as many events as we can throughout the school year.

Letters are sent home to those selected for each event.
