Children are admitted to Reception in the September of the academic year in which they become five.
The London Borough of Croydon manages all admissions to Kingsley Primary Academy including those for children with special educational needs. As an Academy, our Trust (Cirrus Primary Academy Trust) is the Admissions Authority.

Admissions for September 2018
Applications for Reception places for children who will be four years old by 1st September 2018 (born between 1/9/13 and 31/8/14) should apply through the Croydon Council website from September 2017 here. Closing date for applications: 15th January 2018. Offers will be sent out by e mail from Croydon Council on the evening of 16th April 2018 confirming your child's place.
Tours of the Academy for September admissions - parents wishing to come and see the Academy action are welcome to join a tour from October to December, led by a senior leader, who will also answer your questions. Tours take around an hour and it is helpful if there are no children present, as they can disrupt the learning of children in the classrooms. Please telephone the office from the end of September 2017 (020 8689 7688) to book a tour, and please mention if you have any access requirements, as some areas have steps.
Any application for Reception made after the 15th January are be classed as a late application. A late application must also be made via Croydon Council using the link above to the London Borough of Croydon's website.
